I believe we can build workplaces where people feel heard, technology
makes life easier, and success creates room to give back.
I’m Abhishek Sinha, an operations leader and the founder behind Advaya.
Over 13 years, I’ve worked across BPO and contact-center operations
serving US and UK portfolios, from frontline roles to training and
multi-project leadership.
Along the way, I’ve led more than 1,000 people across my career. What
stays with me is the responsibility behind that number: helping someone
learn, creating clarity, and making a team stronger than it was before.
Leading a multi-project portfolio of approximately 100 people. My work spans delivery, people, reporting, and client relationships across operational services. I helped bring BPO work into an organization already working across RPO, LPO, and virtual assistance, contributing to client acquisition and delivery growth.
iEnergizer
Team Leader, Training
Helped grow a process from 15 to 250 people, connecting training, readiness, and operational delivery as the team expanded. This period strengthened how I coach people, translate expectations into practical guidance, and support consistency at scale.
Xcelserv
Senior Resolution Specialist
Worked on complex customer resolution, building judgment, accountability, and a clearer understanding of what good service feels like from the other side.

Collections, customer service & technical sales
Started on the frontline. Listening, handling difficult conversations, solving problems, and taking responsibility for the next step became the foundation of my leadership style.
HOW I LEAD
Listen widely.
Take ownership.
A useful idea can come from anywhere in a team. I want people to have
the space to contribute, question a process, and grow. My role is to
connect those ideas with clear priorities, practical systems, and
follow-through.
When I take responsibility for work, I stay with it. That means learning
what I need to learn, asking better questions, and finding a way through
the difficult parts. I bring that same commitment to a team, a client,
or something I’m building myself.
My operations experience has also taught me the value of communication:
training that makes expectations clear, documentation people can use,
and reporting that helps leaders make decisions.
WHY I STARTED BUILDING
A small budget.
A large curiosity.
I began building my own tools because I could see opportunities to make
work better. Advaya became a way to explore a different kind of company
culture—one with dignity, openness, and a sense of shared
responsibility.
I work independently, without a hired development team. AI tools help me
move from an idea into code, test alternatives, and keep learning. Most
of my tools and hosting tiers are free; I pay for domain and hosting
expenses and one AI subscription. It is a resourceful approach, with
real costs kept small.
My toolkit includes ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and Copilot for assisted
work. In the products themselves, I’ve integrated browser models, hosted
APIs, retrieval, speech transcription, and contextual tutoring. I
distinguish using AI to build software from the AI features that
actually run inside it.
Web and AI technologies above are reflected in project source. Python,
reporting, and analytics tools also reflect my résumé and operational
experience.
Advaya’s idea of non-duality expresses something I care about deeply:
people, animals, and the natural world are part of the same story. “Love
One Another” extends beyond our immediate circles.
Through Advaya and Green Warriors, my community work centers on helping
people, environmental care, and animal welfare. Advaya’s stated pledge
is to direct 5–10% of billing toward environmental and animal-welfare
initiatives. This is an organizational commitment, not a portfolio claim
of audited donations.
All for One and One for All.
Progress should be shared. A healthier workplace and a stronger
community belong in the same conversation.
Care for every living being.
My love of animals and nature is part of how I understand
responsibility, and part of why these projects matter to me.
The Advaya School proposal is for Balipara, in Sonitpur, Assam, near
Tezpur. Its learning model moves through exposure, discovery, and
specialization across eight domains, giving children room to discover
what draws them in.
The proposal includes a personal commitment of ₹20–25 lakh and a plan
for 40% subsidized seats. These are proposed commitments and design
goals; the school is not presented here as an operating institution.
What matters to me is the direction: education that pays attention to a
child’s strengths, curiosity, and circumstances, rather than assuming
everyone should follow the same path.
LIFE OUTSIDE THE WORK
Stay curious.
Keep exploring.
I love games and animation. Pokémon has been with me throughout my life:
watching the series and playing the games through X and Y. Its sense of
companionship and discovery connects with my love of animals and nature.
That inspiration led to Setu, an original India-inspired
creature-bonding RPG I’m currently developing. It is my way of turning a
lifelong interest into something I can make, learn from, and eventually
share.
Away from the screen, I enjoy outdoor games, swimming, dancing, music,
and novels. I’m drawn to space, surprising facts, new information, and
conversations with people I haven’t met yet. Making friends and helping
someone out are as much a part of my life as building things.
